Burj Khalifa Parking Guide: Find the Perfect Spot and Enjoy a Hassle-Free Visit

The Burj Khalifa is not just the world’s tallest building, it’s a symbol of human achievement and a must-visit marvel in Dubai. Every day, thousands of people come here to admire the breathtaking views from the 124th and 148th floors, explore the luxurious Armani Hotel, or simply take in the beauty of Downtown Dubai.

But with so many visitors, one common challenge people face is finding the right parking spot near Burj Khalifa. If you’re planning a visit, especially to the Burj Khalifa observation decks, knowing where to park can save you a lot of time and stress.

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Here’s a simple guide to the best parking options available near Burj Khalifa so that you can enjoy your trip without worrying about your car.

1. Burj Khalifa’s Parking Garage (Only for Certain Visitors)

Burj Khalifa has about 3,000 parking spaces, but these are mainly reserved for residents and guests of At.mosphere and Armani Hotels.

If you are visiting the Burj Khalifa observatory decks or The Lounge, you won’t be able to park here directly. Instead, you should park at Dubai Mall, which is very close by.

2. Dubai Mall Parking – The Best Option for Burj Khalifa Visitors

Dubai Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the world, which has over 14,000 parking spaces.
There are four main parking areas:

  • Grand Parking
  • Fashion Parking
  • Cinema Parking
  • Zabeel Parking

Our recommendation: Park at the Fashion Parking Level, located on the lower ground floor, next to the Burj Khalifa observation deck entrance.

Parking Charges:

  • Monday to Thursday: First 4 hours free
  • Friday to Sunday: First 6 hours free

You can check the full parking fees here.

3. Souk Al Bahar Car Park – A Short Walk Away

Souk Al Bahar is located just 10 minutes away from Burj Khalifa and offers covered parking.

  • First 2 hours are free.
  • After that, it’s AED 10 per hour.

It’s a good option if you don’t mind a short, scenic walk across the Dubai Fountain Bridge!

4. Boulevard Parking – Great for Electric Cars

If you’re driving an electric car, Boulevard Parking is a fantastic choice as here you will find charging points, using which you can charge your vehicle while traveling.

  • First 2 hours are free from Monday to Thursday and Sunday, after 2 free hours, it’s AED 20.
  • On Friday and Saturday, parking is free for the full day!

It’s an underground parking facility with 2200 spots and is open all week. You can park here for a maximum of 2 days.

5. Dubai Opera Parking – Close and Convenient

Dubai Opera Parking is another good option if you are visiting Burj Khalifa or nearby places.

  • AED 10 per hour for the first 4 hours.
  • An extra AED 20 for more hours.
  • A flat rate of AED 50 if you park for up to 2 days.

Dubai Opera Parking is a good and secure place to park, but due to ongoing construction work in the Opera District, availability may vary. It’s a good idea to check if parking is available before considering this option.
